(Synopsis)
There are two of them -- referred to as CATS -- one is Black and the other is White. Within the confines of this messy city, they roam the streets and defend their livelihood. Lost among the denizens, they have no religion and no affiliation -- even to the street gangs. That all changes on the day a large multi-cultural company plans to raze the city and build anew. Now, the CATS must defend the city for everyone!
