-Storyline-
When his girlfriend Faye moves from Taipei to Paris, Kai dreams of following her. When he is not working at his parents' noodle shop, he spends his time in the French section of a large bookstore. After Faye calls off the relationship, Kai plans to fly to Paris to win her back and is fortuitously offered a plane ticket from a lowlife connection in return for courier services. This exchange precipitates a turbulent night during which Kai's best friend is kidnapped by a bunch of hapless crooks and he starts to have second thoughts about Paris when a love interest closer to home appears to him. |
