(Synopsis) A private detective informs Officer Pang that his wife is having an affair with Cheung Kai-kwong, Deputy Commissioner of West Kowloon. Pangs new case is the homicide of high-class prostitute Wyman, found with 19 cuts to her body in the Paramount Motel.
