(Synopsis)
In this back little town of something or other in Japan a kid is walking around at the age of 18 with the body of a 15yr old because of some "disease/illness/sickness" that makes him "stop" he spent three years trying to recover from this thing that just shuts him down (Later on they explain about it being like meditation accept for he doesn't breathe?!?) On he goes sitting at a lake and an alien drops down who happens to be this very beautiful, very single, very fun person. He goes running for his life and almost drowns himself when he stumbles and lands in the lake he was laying behind.
