(Synopsis)
After discovering that the money they've just stolen from a casino is forged, Lupin and Jigen decide to track down the source of the mysterious 'goat' bills. Their search leads them to the small European country of Cagliostro, ruled by a regent - the scheming Count of Cagliostro - who plans to marry the young heir, Clarisse, in order to legitimize his rulership. Adventure, ninjas and Lupin in his underwear ensue as the whole gang shows up to foil the Count's plans and discover the (hopefully valuable) secret of Castle Cagliostro.
