(Synopsis) Stephen Chow stars as Sing, a wannabe gangster in pre-war 1940s Shanghai. Whose sole purpose in life is to be admitted into the toughest triad in the region: the Axe Gang. Sing and his sidekick (portly Lam Chi Chung of Shaolin Soccer) have to make a name for themselves first. They proclaim rundown Pigsty Alley to be their first official "territory."
