(Synopsis) An old man invites King of Assassination to assassinate a Japanese tycoon as he ruined his family during the Sino-Japanese War. The tycoon is assassinated but he sets up a "Revenge Foundation" before his death. Anyone that can find out and also kill the key figure behind the screen and King of Assassination can be rewarded $100,000,000 from the foundation. Many world-famous assassins eye the case covetously. Among the competitors is a couple of partners Old Crocodile (played by Ceng Zhiwei) and Xiao Fu (played by Li Lianji). Xiao Fu wishes to make money to build a house in the countryside at his home village while crooked Old Crocodile is thinking of how to make use of Xiao Fu's gongfu to win the award from the Revenge Foundation ...
