(Synopsis) A lot of people will say this is overly sentimental. But, in all respects, the film is just 'drama' all the way. So, for a Jackie Chan film, this one is serious throughout. And, there aren't any of his usual chop-socky-ouchy moves in this. A welcome diversion from his usual crop of films. But, some of you might find it a little weird that Sammo Hung is not doing any real fighting in this. :-o

Jackie is a dedicated Hong Kong Policeman with hopes of marrying his loyal girlfriend and becoming a sailor. However, he cannot pursue his dreams as he has to take care of his mischievous, mentally retarded brother (Hung), who is constantly getting into trouble. When his brother is mistaken by the police as a robbery suspect, Jackie vows to clear his brother's name... and will fight with everything he's got to track down the real robbers.
