(Synopsis)
More decapitation and action filled sequel to Ho Meng Hua's original Shaw Brothers wuxia classic THE FLYING GUILLOTINE. The paranoid, tyrannical Manchu emperor from the first film is still after Ma Tang, our protagonist. Ma Tang, meanwhile, is leading a group of Han rebels who seek to assassinate the emperor and overthrow the Manchu government. He is assisted by the daughter of a government official. To counteract Ma Tang's method of stopping the Flying Guillotine via metal umbrella, the emperor has a new, improved double Flying Gullotine invented.
