(Synopsis) Brutally tough aspects to watch sometimes. A little over-the-top on certain situations. But, at the same time very realistic. Don't be deceived by the cover though, this is hardly a love-story in less ways than one. Good acting by Jacky and Andy. Ending might be a little predictable in some ways.

A low-level triad "big brother" (Andy Lau) has a hot-tempered "little brother" (Jacky Cheung) who can't keep out of trouble. And, consequently is always in need of being bailed out. Anday Lau is brutally tough but lacks the ambition to rise in the ranks of triad society. His desire to remain within its society becomes more concerted when he falls in love with his cousin (Maggie Cheung).
