(Synopsis) First of the sequels/parodies to the GOG series.

Stephen Chow plays the country bumpkin who possesses supernatural abilities and comes to HK to visit his uncle, played by Ng Man Tat. After seeing what Stephen can do, his uncle starts exploiting his talents to make money with gambling. Pretty soon, they find themselves torn between two gambling tycoons, threatened by gun-toting baddies and trying to win the world championship of gambling in a big final showdown.
